Opening an account with Sheats is easy. Contact us and request an Application for Open Account. Complete and return it to us via fax or US Mail. Most applications are processed in five (5) business days. We'll contact you with any questions, concerns or special instructions we may have.


Our terms are: 1%-15 days, Net 30. Past due invoices may be assessed a service charge. Invoices over 45 days may be placed on "credit hold".

Reasonable legal and collection fees may be assessed as allowed by law. Until your account is approved, orders may require pre-payment. Open an account with Sheats today!


At Sheats, there's no such thing! We process orders of any size, no matter how small. Some items may require "buying package" quantities (required by the manufacturer). Know what you need? Order it online.


 

Normal transportation and handling costs will be prepaid by Sheats and added to your invoice unless otherwise specified by you. Premium shipping servicesare also available for the asking.


To check on the status of packages shipped via UPS, contact your local UPS field office. UPS, as do some other carriers, offers internet-based tracking of packages on the world wide web (
www.ups.com). If your package has been lost or damaged during shipping, contact Sheats immediately so we can reship your order and process a damaged goods claim with the shipping service. Please keep damaged container(s) and product(s) for inspection.


Sheats prides itself in having a complete line of premium grade industrial products priced to help you save money. If your situation warrants, you may want to investigate our volume purchase and fixed annual contract pricing programs, which guarantee those who qualify, even lower prices.

Prices, unless protected by a "fixed" or other price protection agreement with Sheats, are subject to change without notice.



Many standard products purchased from in-house stock at Sheats may be returned FREIGHT PRE-PAID. To return an item, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and request a return goods authorization number (RGA). We'll assist you with your return to ensure you receive proper credit. A restocking fee may be applied.

Please note:
ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Please make sure to reference your Sheats invoice number, RGA number and purchase order number on all return requests. Sheats reserves the right to refuse return of any item found unsuitable for re-sale due to use, improper handling or storage, and/or other conditions.


Our in-house counter sales department and showroom are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5pm. Want to know if we carry a specific item? Email counter sales. We'll get back with you ASAP.

For your convenience, Sheats Supply Services accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
